製品の初期不良についてはご購入後1週間以内にご連絡ください。初期不良が確認された場合は交換対応をさせていただきます。（製品の検品と確認にはお時間をいただく場合もございます）初期不良の交換についたは、当店からお買い上げいただいたままの状態であることが前提となります。欠品や箱などが揃っていない場合、また1週間をすぎてしまいますと対応できませんので、ご注意ください。もし正式な方法以外でアクティベートの作業を行った場合、ご購入後1週間以内でも初期不良対応はできなくなります。
